You never know when you go out with the Morris…….
Two supportive pubs with big busy gardens that are usually guaranteed big, lively audiences – but not tonight after heavy showers and with a nippy breeze!
Danced in the sun at Peacock Farm and enticed a few amiable punters out. Family Pobjoy and friends provided most of our audience for most of the evening. Good sets from the lads, altho ‘Old Woman Tossed Up’ was mercifully cut short.
Golden Retriever saw all the staff come out with smartphones, many to be chased back in by a rampant beast. A few punters stopped as they came out apres dinner, but all low key. The dancing continued with plenty of laughter and banter. Those that saw thoroughly enjoyed!
What we do know is that when we do go out with the Morris we will always have a good time…
